[2] ORGANISING EXHIBITION
An exhibition is prepared and all its components can be found in a virtual package. The content of the package are creative outputs, all curatorial texts, instructions for installation and guidelines for applying visual identity. The package can be found and downloaded only from exhibitionpackage.com website.
[3] VISUAL IDENTITY
A package comes with a clear set of rules for visual identity, which must be followed across all promotional materials. When an exhibition is held, organiser is obliged to follow the guidelines while creating promotional materials such as posters, leaflets and invitations.
Exhibition package doesn't consider internet to be its final destination. It benefits from its communication features but its main aim is to be presented in a physical world. VIDEOS
Videos depict HEARTBRAINS. They are a medium of love.

Each HEARTBRAIN has a form of a badge. A badge that one should get after the broken relationship, exactly as a soldier gets after returning from war. Badges remind us how hard thing it can be to be in a relationship, when love is involved. We may end up damaged or hurt very easily.

These badges are a reward. They symbolize that even the story may get tough and you can make many mistakes, in the end, you get over it. All the scratches and bruises on your soul are part of the badges.

HEARTBRAINS connect physical and abstract world. In the same way as love may be interpreted as something abstract, but still with physical consequences. Badges are formed by a shape of hearts and brains. Heart represents feelings of a body when you are in love. It mirrors all the excitement and disappointment. You cannot help yourself, it is a chemical reaction. We interpret it as love.

Brain should be the rational part, but actually it creates the doubts, hopes and expectations. It causes your sleepless nights and collects all those memories that cannot disappear.
INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
In order to achieve consistency in presenting videos in various galleries you have to follow installation guidelines. They provide you with clear set of rules, but at the same time give you quite a lot freedom for your own creative inputs.
I. Installation can be realized by a gallery institution, or any institution and person who is able to fulfil all following criterias.

II. Videos can be presented in any form. Recommended presenting mediums are projector, TV screen, computer display, laptop, tablet, smartphone. The size of screening is not crucial.

III. Installation can be placed inside or outside the institution. The space should be primarily intended for presenting art but it is not a condition. Recommended spaces except those for presenting art are foyer, atrium, hall, facade and all unused spaces inside or outside.

IV. All ten videos must be presented at least once. They do not have to be situated in one space and do not have to be screened at one time. Videos can also be presented as a sequence.

V. In installation space there must be showcased title of the exhibition and names of the creators (artists).

VI. Information materials (leaflets, catalogue) must be essential part of the installation. They can be provided in printed or electronic form. Clearly visible link on website with information about exhibition is an acceptable substitution.

VII. Start of the exhibition can be accompanied by an exhibition opening, but it is not a requirement.

VIII. Creators of the project are available for every exhibition opening, if their travel costs are covered. Their presence is accompanied by a lecture and unique exhibition tour.

IX. The length of the exhibition is fully in the competence of the organizer.

X. The organizer is obliged to document the exhibition via photos, videos and text. At least 1 image and little description about exhibition must be uploaded on the exhibitionpackage.com website in the Tracing section.
VISUAL IDENTITY GUIDELINES
In order to achieve maximum effectivity of communication among institution and potential visitors of exhibition, you have to follow these guidelines while creating a visual identity for the exhibition. Please use elements enclosed in the package and apply them according to rules stated below.
I. Use the F grid layout as a foundation for all information elements. Texts, images and graphic components must be placed only in the area of the F grid.

II. Use the same typeface as you usually do in your own institutional identity.

III. The typeface can only be set in black color and background color must be white (understand unprinted).

IV. The title of the exhibition must be placed on the top bar of the F grid. The font size should be the largest on the page.

V. Information about start and end of the exhibition must be placed on the second bar of the F grid. The font size should be approximately ⅔ of the title size.

VI. Names of the creators (artists) must be situated in the bottom part of the F grid. The font size should be approximately ⅔ of the dates size.

VII. Use the rest part of the layout for applying other visual elements as portraits of creators and images of videos. Use at least one portrait of each creator and one representational image of a video. Recommended positioning of portraits facing left is right beside text informations.

VIII. In the end you can add all elements which are important for you, such as logo of your gallery, all needed imformation about place of the exhibition, websites and contact.
